There is an internal temperature sensor built into the SmarTemp to moderate optimal performance and temperature accuracy.

LCD Display
The LCD displays all of the heater functions and fault codes.
On/Off Button
Use this to switch the heater on/off.
The Select Button
Use this to select the parameter's displayed on the LCD screen.
LED Display Lights
This will illuminate red when the heater is switched on.
When there is a fault they will flash red. The corresponding fault could will be displayed in the LCD display.

The SmarTemp Control 3.0 has an output of 1A for the heaters ON/OFF signal.
Heaters requiring a higher amperage signal will require a relay to accommodate different heater
The SmarTemp Control 3.0 in also Bluetooth enabled allowing user to connect to the Webasto Mobile App. Refer to your IOS or Google Play App Store to download app.

this sensor properly measures the surrounding air, the control must be mounted vertical only.

The Webasto SmarTemp Control can be operated using a single rotary dial around the outside of the unit
to browse through different menu options. Simply click the select button ( ) to make your choice. The
full operation manual will define each menu item and its default setting.
